Wow Bohol! Baclayon Church & Musuem
This is the place where Cesar Montano & Sunshine Cruz got married (showbiz?!).
Official name is Church of the Immaculada de Concepcion, and is one of the oldest in the country and is made of corals. The paintings in the ceiling are as awesome as the altar. The walking isle was long enough to fulfill every bride's wedding fantasy.
The museum showcases various religious items left by the Spaniards. Sorry, but picture-taking inside the museum is forbidden. Just try to imagine this, we saw a church vestment with gold trimmings. That could have sparked the ire of the natives against the Spanish colonizers, including the priests.
