Who would have thought of a race that is totally free?
Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. celebrated its 10th year anniversary last April 2, 2011 at the Quirino Grandstand, Luneta, Manila with a FREE run that drew more than 24,000 people. Hyundai campaigned for 3 advocacies - community development, economic growth, and environment protection, and supported 4 foundations - Gawad Kalinga, Haribon Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and St. Scholastica's Priory.
This year, Hyundai will once again celebrate their anniversary with a FREE run. The race will happen on April 29, 2012, still in Quirino Grandstand in Luneta, Manila.
This time, Hyundai is going to double the number of beneficiaries. This only shows Hyundai's commitment to bring back to the community the blessings they received in the past year.
Hyundai's registration system got overwhelmed two (2) days after they opened the registration. More than 26,000 runners are expected this year, and Hyundai Run 2012 organizers will be closing both portions of Roxas Boulevard to accommodate all runners.
