Jet, how do you track your swim mileage? Garmin?
hi julie, 2010 will be the first time that i will take up (seriously) biking and swimming as cross-training sports.
i have no measuring device for swimming. i will just have to settle swimming on standard sized pools, and manually compute based on laps made.
perhaps, when i'm already decided, i will get a garmin 310xt to measure all 3 sports.
