FUNtastic Palawan! Plaza Cuartel

Now, time for some history.

Plaza Cuartel is located beside the Immaculate Concepcion Cathedral in Puerto Princesa, and is the place where 143 American Soldiers/POW (Prisoners of War) were held and massacred by Japanese Soldiers.
