Fitness Action Plan (FAP): Gym workout & some cardio exercises. Target 73.2 kg.
Date: 19 Oct 2008
Weight: 79.1 kg
Evaluation: FAP successful.
FAP: Hold & maintain, Christmas Season and Birthday month coming. Out with the XXL and 36 in pants. Shop for L-sized clothes and 32 in pants.
Date: 20 Jan 2009
Weight: 79.2 kg
Evaluation: Hold & maintain strategy successful.
FAP: Resume workouts with heavier resistance & higher intensity.
Date: 16 Mar 2009
Weight: 81.5 kg
Evaluation: Gaining due to frequent out-of-town trips. Became gym-dependent.
FAP: Shock-therapy! Look for alternative workout/training plans. Join Condura and start road running!
Date: 04 Jun 2009
Weight: 77.3 kg
Evaluation: FAP working. Motivation levels increasing. Happy hormones rising significantly. Body starts to fit in M-sized shirts!
FAP: Raise the bar. Train for a marathon. Target ideal weight for 5'4", between 52.5 to 65.3 kg.
